1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing or using the Likzora website, customer panel or API (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Likzora Ltd. (“Likzora”, “we”, “us”) may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-panel notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API key;
- All activity that occurs under your account.
3. Description of services
Likzora provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments and shares on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, ranking or revenue.
Average delivery times are estimates based on recent orders and may vary depending on platform conditions and demand.
4. Orders & delivery
- You must provide a correct, public link. Orders placed to private, deleted or incorrect links may be marked as completed without refund.
- Do not place more than one order for the same link and service simultaneously.
- Orders cannot be modified after submission. Cancellation is available only while the order is Pending or Processing.
5. Payments, balance & refunds
All prices are listed in US Dollars per 1,000 units unless stated otherwise. Funds deposited to your balance are used to pay for orders and are non-transferable.
- Partial or failed orders are refunded to your balance automatically.
- Balance refunds to the original payment method may be requested within 30 days of deposit, minus processor fees.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate account suspension.
6. Refill guarantee
Services marked “Refill” include a guarantee period (typically 30 or 60 days) starting from order completion. During this period, drops below the start count plus ordered quantity may be refilled on request. The guarantee is void if the link changes, the account is made private, or the username is modified.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to promote content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringes intellectual property, or violates the terms of the target platform in a way that exposes Likzora to liability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
8. API usage
API access is provided under the same Terms. You must respect rate limits, keep your key secret, and not resell access to the API key itself. Abuse may result in key revocation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Likzora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or account standing on third-party platforms. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, remaining legitimate balance may be refunded at our discretion.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
